Flor AI chat
When you agree to AI chat and press Send, your message, the current page path and a conversation identifier are sent through this website to the shared Flor service at flor.tel for a response. Flor’s service and its AI providers process these messages. Hosting providers may process technical data such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Do not include names, diagnoses, health records, payment details or confidential information.
The website keeps its conversation view in memory for the current page; it does not save your transcript to your browser’s local storage. That does not mean the server-side service deletes your messages when you close chat. Contact the team about server retention, access or deletion requests before sharing anything sensitive.
Consultation inquiries
The inquiry form sends the adult contact name, email, optional phone, selected service, consent and page path to Flor’s shared lead system so Langley Speech Therapy can respond. It is a contact request, not a medical intake form. Staff notifications may include these contact details. Marketing consent is not requested or implied. Do not use this form to send a child’s personal or medical information.
Care and appointments
Flor is an AI website assistant, not a speech-language pathologist. Chat and forms do not create a clinician-client relationship, diagnose a condition or reserve an appointment. Use a clinician-approved process for health information. This website is not an emergency service.
Website operation
This release does not add advertising trackers or a third-party analytics script. Hosting infrastructure still processes ordinary technical request information. Links to external educational resources are governed by their own privacy practices.
